Charlotte has extensive experience delivering dynamic training, coaching and recruitment to business, individuals and to the education sector. She has a wealth of industry knowledge, an extensive network and a reputation for the quality of her approach. Since establishing her own business in 2011, Charlotte has always focused on the value added through careers coaching in the recruitment field.
Charlotte is a Registered Professional with the Career Development Institute, a Member of the CIPD, a Member of the Association for Coaching and an Enterprise Advisor for a Northamptonshire School for the Careers & Enterprise Company. She is a Level 6 Qualified Careers Coach and REC Qualified Recruiter.
Since commencing a career in recruitment in 1993, Ruth has always recognised the importance of careers guidance and support to deliver effective recruitment projects. Since establishing Wagstaff Recruitment in 2010, she has focused on delivering high quality, informative careers coaching to a variety of businesses and education establishments. Ruth is currently studying for a Masters in Careers Development and Coaching Studies at The University of Warwick. She is member of the Career Development Institute the Association for Coaching, Enterprise Advisor for two Staffordshire schools for the Careers & Enterprise Company and is part of the APPG for Women and Enterprise. She is s certified DiSC trainer.
We have the support of both our professional and private networks who regularly join us as guest speakers for our events. Their industry knowledge and area expertise are invaluable additions to our sessions. We also have a team of amazing local hosts who run localised events in their areas.
